Great coach choice! smile but Keefe is resigning with the Leafs. DJ Smith would be available so you can take him!

    Fairly reasonable moves.

Although using Ristolainen as a 3rd pair D kinda tells a thing or two about how he's been actually performing lately.

Technically speaking, even if Keefe resigned as the Marlies head coach, he has an out-clause if he finds an NHL head coaching job. Still, the coach has to agree to the move and based on what's going on in Buffalo, I am not sure he's yet ready to take on that challenge. Based on the number of coaching vacancies, there is still a strong possibility that an NHL team comes calling for him.

Gross for Buffalo? Maybe I overpaid a bit. I'd still love to target Haula

I want the young goaltender and I'm interested in Namestnikov as an option to potentially play on the top six as a winger for Eichel. Namestnikov's center capability also gives us an extra option if we get into a pinch, and he's a better player than Sheary. he's a former two time 20 goal scorer, and 44 points in 62 games two years ago. He's had a down year this year, but he has been more physical (140 hits this year), and can kill penalties. He's a good potential option for secondary scoring

I guess I'd take Haula...but I don't want Eakin or Reaves, and I definitely don't want to give up Davidsson and Smith.

Davidsson has the potential to be better than both Haula and Eakin.
