Let me reiterate what I've written in the description. I have no idea what I'm doing.

I feel like the picks should be flipped in the Toronto trade.

Yeah, I wasn't completely sure on that one. I considered making it a 1 for 1, but thought I'd get swarmed by toronto fans for doing that. I appreciate the constructive feedback.

Not bad on the trades. The RFAs won’t get that much though. Blueger likely just gets a QO, Petterson likely doesn’t get more than 1.5, Riikola likely gets a QO or a cheap 2 year deal worth 1 million or less, ZAR will get a QO or a million or less multi year deal.

Lmao honestly, I kinda like it haha. If this was Pittsburgh’s offseason I’d be happy. Still think JJ has to go somehow though

You make some more sense than penguins fans that I've seen on here lmao.

I think you overpaid on ZAR slightly and Pettersson by about 1M. I think you're undervaluing Kessel a little too much there. That Letang trade would be a big blockbuster but I don't think Pittsburgh or Toronto has the you know whats to do that

Not bad tho! I have a friend who is a caps fan so I know a lot about them, maybe I should try a caps offseason thing on here

Yeah, I kinda went off of games played and the stats capfriendly shows me to see if I could figure out a fair $ amount for the signings I made, but I also knew that Petterson was really good for the pens, which is why I gave him as much as I did. As for the trades, I figured they might wanna just mix it up and get younger as well, so Letang and Kessel out for Parayko and Nylander seemed like a good idea.

Yeah, that signing was awful from the start. Was he as bad as we all thought he would be this season?

Yeah, my friend who is also a penguins fan took a look at this and pretty much said the same thing. He didn't like the Kessel trade that much, but did like the Letang trade. He also loved the Dallas trade, which I think could end up working out for both teams.

He was worse if that’s possible.
