yeah I agree 6 max for gardiner and I like him more than most. we better get myers if we are spending 7 million on a dman. Duchene I was always a no on but he is having a good playoffs and he would help the top 6 and he can score

$6M max Gardiner isn't worth any thing more and he will probably get more somewhere else so let him go. I've heard a lot of teams complain about Duchene being a cancer.
Detroit isn't going to be a playoff team this season so no need to spend cap just because we have it.

Go right ahead and overpay for Jake Gardiner. All that will really do is make Detroit's blueline that much easier to play against. Also, there is absolutely no way Matt Duchene goes to a rebuilding team, no matter how expensive a dinner Yzerman treats him to.
