I think it's an easy yes for Minnesota. Nylander is a top 10 NHL player and Dumba is useless to them. But Toronto could use Dumba. He'd be really good for them. Toronto can trade Ceci for a pick because someone will decide to be nice and help the Leafs out with their cap. And then they can trade for Pesce. Hutchinson, Moore, and a 4th should get it done. Carolina can retain salary, too.

A few more things to add:

Leafs should sign Ferland for 900K per year, and Gardiner for 1M per year. Maybe trade some cap if they need to to make it work. Move out Johansson for someone like Barzal on an ELC. Isles should probably add a pick, too.
