This doesn't make sense, both cap-wise and value-wise.

VGK won't be giving up a 1st to take a dman with 3 years term of over 5m. That's why they sent Miller to Buffalo in the 1st place.

Also this doesn't dump much cap at all. And Tuch doesn't play C, Clarkson doesn't play hockey anymore and McKenzie probably won't be 4th line C.

The only thing that would make sense for Vegas would be a true dump of a million+ like Stastny or Pacioretty for Ristolainen.
