Domi is more complete and is the perfect player for MTL... Don't trade him. We already got caufield who's got Laine's potential

IMO, the Habs will better off with Domi's long term cap that Laine's. Also, might be better off on the ice with Domi too.

Domi is a one season wonder; would be the stupidest move made in WPG history to trade him for Laine.

Caufield has the potential to be a generational goal scorer? Like I guess in a sense that all propsects have potential...

Put it this way. Nobody really sees Laine making less than 9 million or so. Would you give that to Domi?

Here is the list of most goals scored by a player by age 20. http://hkref.com/tiny/WBb0h

Laine is 4th of all time with 110. He's scoring like a generational talent. Laine has flaws but he is still on a different level than Domi.

I agree that laine for domi isnt a good trade but domi will proove you wrong big time. If you think that the kids isn’t going to repeat this year, you are complete ignorant. He always add succes even with the coyotes finishing 2 nd and 3rd in scoring the time he was there. He is a passing first players and with arizona in three season only four forward add more then 20 goal in a season end only one more then 25. Getting more quality player means more point when you pass the puck. So there absolutely no reason he won’t reach 65 point. And when he will you will do excuses!

Depending on the season he will have this year domi could be making around that amount. I mean if jeff skinner sign at 9 avv if domi put 70 point again this year it will
Cost for sure but i can see him taking 7 for 8 years that would be a good deal for
Him and for the team

Domo love so much the city I mean he’s literally ready to take a lower salary to stay with mtl

Yeah that why i propose 7 millions over 8 year i mean salary avv increase every year and at 7 millions he would already be on a very good contract in the start of the contract by the end it would be a massive deal like gallagher now and Pacioretty. By the way people never talk of that but bergevin look genius, but people only remember alzner

I'd take Laine over Domi any day.

Potential: Laine
Ceiling: Laine
Age: Laine
Defensive play: Not Laine lol

Laine is only 21 and has all the skills in the world to work on his flaws. Laine, not close.
But then again, I see the argument of Domi being the guy that is the better fit for MTL
