Sharks are at 48 contracts, meaning that they can only sign 2 more players.

Hardly. Sharks had three 4 game losing streaks last year and one 7 game losing streak. Sharks controlled a good 50-60% of the game against Nashville just allowed to many odd man rushes. Our biggest hole is still in Goaltending where Martin Jones has lost his game again.

That’s not our biggest hole/ problem in these first 4 games. If you’ve watched the games I’d say 10-25% (rough guess off the top of what I recall watching from all 4 games) of the goals have been jones’ fault. The rest is basically the team leaving him dry

I agree to an extent. He hasn’t been an NHL quality starter. Perhaps backup level but not starter level. He’s been bad for a long time now and If can’t see that id have to question your vision.

I never said he has given us starter goaltending did i?
He’s has kept us in games 1 namely but made some big saves and provided us with a chance to compete but we haven’t competed for 60, barely 20 some games. In the playoffs he turned his play around and is why i still believe he can but he isn’t what he was in 2016 by far, we’ll see where he goes this year but so far I think chalking Jones up to problem 1 to start the year is a bad narrative due to much more obvious and loud issues.
