You put Hall with McDavid and Draisaitl or both and he most certainly is.

Larsson for Lowry seems like pretty terrible value to me. There will be better 3C's available in free agency for less, and then you can trade Larsson for something better.

He wants to win. No way he goes to EDM unless they go on a deep run, and he certainly isn't taking a discount to play there. Think 11-12M (like Panarin) and you might have something, but Hall has a Hart while Panarin only has a Calder so he might want even more.

Hall's Hart means next to nothing to me - he didn't deserve to win it.

Point still stands that he's at least as good as Panarin, and won't take anything less contract-wise.
