They take it and run. If not to get rid of PK just to laugh at the leafs when they have to ice a god awful defence next year because you think Subban can play top pair.

Take and run, EASILY. Subban is washed, I’m not taking him on for free (bc of that contract) let alone give up some guys who may turn into something.

It's a bad deal for Toronto. Ceci has played pretty well with Dermott, so I don't think you mess with that. Ian Scott has been injured all year, and is still considered a top goalie, along with Joseph Woll. You don't make that move until you see what he can bring to the table. Whatever deal(s) the Leafs make for the rest of this season will probably include Jeremy Bracco. I also don't think the Leafs are eager to give up a 1st, considering they once again won't be drafting in the 1st round this upcoming draft, unless they acquire a 1st between now and June. I do think the better fit for Toronto is Damon Severson.
