Value is probably close but NYR aren’t trading Fox. What about a deal involving ADA and Sergachev?

ADA for Sergachev + Katchouk + conditonal 2021 3rd if Sergachev doesn't put up 25 pts? Or something similar maybe?

He's trying to fit everything under the cap so he needed someone with a $925K cap hit which ADA won't have.

Think there are plenty of teams that would see this year as a fluke and expect more from him in the future. Problem is he has a full NTC, playing in Florida with no state income tax, and is on a contender. Only way Johnson is not on TB is through expansion draft. But this seemed to be just for fun.

On another note, as mentioned above, Fox is not being moved at the moment.

Sergachev isn't being moved either. Tampa views him as a future top 4 or top pairing dman and certainly wouldn't trade him for less impactful dmen like ADA or Hajek. Tampa already moved on from them. Cirelli is also basically untouchable and Palat has a full ntc so he would need to waive first. Tampa likely asks Gourde or Johnson before him though. Killorn is the most likely 4-5 million contract available this offseason.
