You can't trade a player off an anomaly year and expect that to be his trade value I believe the 50 point Domi is the real one and I added Danault because Tolvanen and Tomasino are A prospects in my eyes and meaning that if I'm a GM those 2 are worth the Deal I Wanted to Make as I would have to follow my instincts.
Even if Domi is a 50 point guy. He has 70 point potential, right?
Recent trades:
Jason Zucker - 1st, Addison, Galcheynyuk
JT Miller - 1st, 3rd Mazenec
Kevin Hayes - 1st, Lemieux
E Kane - 1st, 4th , Regan
Tomas Tatar - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
etc etc
50 point players are worth a lot. Just an added tidbit, of the guys I just mentioned, only one has scored 60+ points in a season before. Jazon Zucker. Only once scored 64 points. Domi at the age of 23 scored 72.....
Jarnkrok is 28 years old and never scored 40+ points. Tolvanen isn't even mentioned any publications top 50 prospects in the NHL. His production on NA soil has dropped off a cliff because in NA, you have to play at both ends of the ice.
Even if you think Domi and Danult for that matter are 50 point players tops. This is still a mind boggling underpayment that would have you ridiculed for years after the fact when you see how well they do elsewhere and how little you got back.
