If Killorn .. asst captain ... is forced to be traded I will never go to a Bolts game again .. that would mean the Gourde contract has cost us over 140 pts !!!!!! and probably the Cup .. JT Miller .. 80ish points this year and Killorn .. 60ish points this year .. for a guy Gourde who did not score between November and February .. could go down as one of worse signings from a Cap economics standpoint in history of NHL

Not bad. Couple of comments. Killorn will score 30 goals plays two way. He alone gets a first. Coburn has a ntc. You are two or three players short of a roster. Sergachev not taking that contract there will be offer sheets.

What do the NHL and Brian Williams have in common?

They can't do math.

Lots of rumblings that they will end up screwing teams over again over estimating the cap. At this point I would put 84 as the ceiling.

And your GM trading three 1sts for two 3rd line players, yikes!

The Killorn trade has Tampa giving up way too much. Killorn is likely to be moved and could easily get a 1st by himself. Cernak is overpaid, he'll be closer to 2 and Sergachev around 4.5. Cirelli will come in around 4 so I could see 4.25. All these people thinking these guys are taking offer sheets, it's not going to happen as they like where they are and know how things are run in Tampa in this regard. The trades were far from yikes, as both guys had term and for a team with limited cap, getting middle 6 players with their cap hits is vital to keeping the team a top contender moving ahead. They were overpays but none of those 3 picks/players were helping Tampa for a minimum of 3 years and this team is in win a win now mentality.
