Description
After looking at many Tampa AGM it’s my conclusion that if NYR presented both these offer sheets at the same time, there’s no realistic possibility that Tampa can match both and NYR would steal at least one of these player at a bargain
Is it gonna happen tho? Who knows, just a fun observation I did

How many offer sheets were signed last season? When was the last offer sheet that wasn't matched?

That's an over pay on cirelli imo. He hasn't prover anything yet. That just screams Tyler Johnson 2.0.

Serg contract tho is a steal. Is expect Bolts let Cirelli walk and collect the 1st and 3rd and match Serg.

None and I wanted to say Weber but they matched it. Wasn't it Dustin Penner to Anaheim from Edmonton in like 2004?

A big waste of time! There no way tampa doesn’t match the cirelli one and sergachev doesn’t accept that offer. Why would he accept that deal when provorov and warenski got a lot more!

Maybe because provorov and werenski are both better than him?

I would think a better one-two is Sergachev and Cernak.

And based on what analysis you have reach to that conclusion? Both three have similar offensive production in their first three season. Sergachev have taken a step each year and have seen is defensive duty load grown a lot this year. There absolutely no reason for him to sign that comedy deal that you have offer him. He will ask for big money on a long term deal and if tanpa goes for the bridge deal it will be at least 5 millions. There not even a debate on that.

1. I never offered him anything

2. Both play on the first pair and carry the defense of olayoff teams

3. They literally got McDonagh to lessen sergachevs defensive load

Maybe you haven’t watch tampa a lot this year but they have had a lot of injuries on their defense and since mid December Sergachev have been use on the first pair a lot with hedman and have seen is ice time average goes for about 2 min. And you know what this is at that moment that tampa have started their irresistible streak. And Warenski wasn’t use on the first pair for is first 2 season, Torterella was matching him against weaker opponents, he did the same with seth jones. Warenski is a below average defender and he mostly start is shift in offensive zone. This year he is almost at 60%. Provorov is probably the most complete defenseman of the three bbut based on is first three season the only thing that have a big edge over sergachev is the ice time that he got but since Philadelphia defense was so bad they didn’t had really the choice

Not that it really matter cause I want them all gone but all of them are eligible for arbitration and if they file for it then they can’t be offer sheeted

Aho doesn't count cause it was matched. I knew it was Penner I just couldn't remember the year.
