    Yeah but then Tampa will only have 2 RHD, Schenn is good depth but shouldnt be leaned on for a full season and Foote will be an unproven rookie

    Rangers don't have the cap for Sergachev (or the desire to trade Fox) And you can be sure Killorn's M NTC does not include Edmonton as destination.
    Getting rid of cap isn't that easy.

    Tampa's GM Julien BriseBois was the Syracuse Crunch GM when DeAngelo played there. DeAngelo was suspended from the team and sat on multiple occasions by JBB. They traded him after one year because they were not willing to put up with his attitude. I don't think DeAngelo is welcome back to Tampa so long as JBB is the GM.
