The cap will likely be flat for a couple years so resigning guys on expiring contract becomes impossible if you sign Hall.

Halls days with Edmonton are over, He'll want more then $8m per anyways. Too much for Jarry i'm not giving up the #20 pick for Jarry if i'm Holland. New Jersey and Toronto laugh
