The gems were good. The top 5 was not (except Rielly).

Good is the best way to describe it. There were a bunch of good players. Not quite elite, but good. (With a few exceptions of course)

It's not good when Filip Forsberg and Morgan Rielly are the 2 best players of the draft...

Forsberg Hertl turbo and Wilson are first/high end second liners, Slavin Rielly, Lindholm, and Parayko are good top pair guys, Vasy is insanely overrated, Freddy was really 2010, Murr was terrible this yr, the other two are backups.... Forward depth is just brutal, Gusev is the 5th best forward... D depth is solid, I'd estimate above average d depth, average-good high end d men, below average star forwards, terrible forward depth, average at best goalies... It's bad...
