Nobody in their right mind is about to tell you the Yankees suck. Aaron Judge is the Yankees Matthews and he is very good. I am a Blue Jays fan. Zero rent in my head about demeaning Aaron Judge.

As people have already said, 2 more years is huge. It's better for team control for the future. And 1.5 million is a lot more than you realize when it comes to role players. You're ability to get a more quality depth player(s) is tremendously impacted. THAT'S why 1.5 million matters.

Eichel has played with Folgnio, Moulson, Cal O’Reilly, Jordan Nolan, Zemgus Girgenson. Sure he has had some good players like Reinhart, Olofsson and with Skinner in 18-19. But he’s definitely been put into a horrible situation, compared to Matthews.

And thats nice but Matthews didnt play with Marner last season while Skinner played Eichel...and Matthews did better that season too. Both have had seasons where they played with worse wingers and Matthews still did better.

Its justification for people who want to lower the Leafs value. Logic and intelligence are lost on most people these days. Opinion is all that matters and people just make stuff up to justify their opinion more often than not.

I don't understand why people think all the fluff needs to be added. If Eichel demanded a trade and Matthews was unhappy and wanted out, the Leafs would trade Matthews for Eichel and likely call it a day. Adding all this other **** is non sense.

Duffs are very good if you're outside of buffalo. I've had them in Canada once still good. Gabriels Gate, BarBill Tavern, Mammoser's or Elmos
