-You'll definitely have to retain a lot more on Johansen right now, for that return. I'd guess $2M would be the minimum, if you added one or two more small pieces. If not, probably $3M.
-Overpaying a bit to the Flames. Using the numerous Ekholm-Forsberg for Gaudreau-Hanifin proposals as a baseline, I think Arvidsson+Tolvanen+1st > Forsberg. Flames fans might prefer Forsberg, but the Preds would be hurt more by losing that much depth.
-Killorn trade is fair
-Big overpayment for Puljujarvi. Either one of those pieces would be enough. Maybe a 5th or B prospect as well, at the most.

Looking at your roster after all these moves, I don't think your bottom pairing is strong enough, and I'm not sure if Turris and Hoffman are on good terms (Turris' wife was very vocally team Karlsson, during the Karlsson/Hoffman drama). Man do I want to see your bottom six in action, though! A lot of question marks there, but even a few of them click, there's so much potential.
