Looks like you need talent up front smile especially with Kreider's days being numbered.

Zary and Schneider are two of the older prospects in the draft. Probably fairly close to finished products. Both are safe picks, but I would aim for more out of first round selections

Rangers are giving up too much for 2 years of Johnny Gaudreau, Considering Gaudreau probably goes either to the Devils or Flyers as a free agent. And Florida is probably going to be shedding some salary this summer. So trading Owen Tippett whom's on a cheap 3 year ELC for Noah Hanifin makes absolutely zero sense.

I don't think Panthers or Flames do this deal, I know that NYR dont want Gudreau, however if they did accept I would be so damn happy, thats a steal. Gudreau is non existent in the Playoffs and never plays defence. He isnt that great. We could also trade Bennet and a 4th for Ristolainen, a Right Handed Defenceman who we could really use, if that interests you.

Zary seemed like a pick the Flames would like. With Schneider I just picked a RHD that would be available with the Flames pick. No science or reason.

I think Johnny would play for any team close to home. With that said I can't see him re-signing in New York being an issue.

The Flames hate Ristolainen as confirmed on Sportsnet by Brian Burke. He's quite bad. I would sooner re-up one of the existing RD's and see what Kinnvall's got.

Yes. Chris Snow flagged that he has horrendous underlying numbers and veto'd a deal pitched by the Sabres. The pro scouts also do not like Risto. He's a bad player.

“We literally have no need for a perennial ial all star who averages 75+ pts a year”......I know zibinajad is better than mcdavid in your eyes So I can see how you would be delusional enough to think this

Tell me something... what does he do to help our defensive gaps? Nothing

Gaudreau is actually a decent defensive responsible forward and you need secondary scoring bad. He gives the depth for that

The depth scoring issue will be fixed within the team, with Kravstov, Kakko, Chytil, Gauthier and Buchnevich getting better and better

I agree. I picked on two suspect GM's and organizations in FLA and BUF for a reason.

I feel like a lot of people are going to try and make questionable offers to Kevyn Adams this offseason.

easy decline by the Rangers, but even if it got past them, Kreider has an NMC and he's made it clear he'd never play in Canada (had every Canadian team on his NTC list) so it'd be a quick veto from him.

I wouldnt mind risto if the cost is Bennett and a 2021 2nd. Heavy hitting RD that will make the 1st PP unit better. Gio would make up for his defensive issues the same way Keith always did in Chicago. Scandinavian guy like the majority of our D-core and 5.4M more cap opening up when Johnny and Chucky need raises

Kreider's current NTC lists ever Canadian team, no xhance he waives his NMC to go to Calgary.
