The Oilers need a new goalie for sure, M. Smith will need to retire. Maybe Holland tries his old Wing goalie as an UFA, J. Howard or he bites the bullet and trades big for one.

oh my. this is pretty trash. Rangers decline them all.

This site would be amazing without people incapable of constructive criticism. I'm sure I could go through your profile and find 30+ "trash" ACGMs.

Kings accept. Andersson alone might do it, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind a 2nd as well.

It's just sooo laughably off.

Rangers already turned down Georgiev for Kapanen. They value him being worth at least a late 1st. This offer proposed is several time zones away from that.

Similar situation with the other 2 trades. The Rangers got a 4th for someone like Vlad Namestnikov. You want to equate that with a below replacement level player like McGinn?

And your last trade is ridiculous, it demonstrates a complete lack of awareness of player value.

Do some research, familiarize yourself with how to properly evaluate on ice value and you'll get better. There are plenty of good resources:

https://hockey-graphs.com/

to start.

Namestnikov was awful when the Rangers traded him and is on a worse contract, literally could not buy a goal. For Georgiev I understand where you're coming from, but from what he's shown thus far he is a decent backup goalie who can be good and JP is a very fair return. As for the Smith trade, NYR don't have very much leverage with Andersson and Smith is well...Brendan Smith. Given that he's only got one year left on that deal I could maybe see them not trading the third.

I agree it is off in a lot of ways, but if you tell him why, you will actually look smart. Instead you chose the opposite.

I love how you chose 1 trade. Look a little further and you'll see most of the stuff I put out there is pretty good. I do ACGMs on all teams in the NHL even the ones I'm not as familiar with, I'm not scared to give them a shot. I'd love to see you make an ACGM for every NHL team next season and tell me you weren't off on a few things.

Puljujärvi for Georgiev seems like a decent trade, honestly.

If Puljujärvi doesn't intend on returning to the Oilers, they can address one their key needs for his rights.
