Description

we include all of our expandable pieces (Car 1st, strome, deangelo, georgiev), and package another 1st and 2nd to get a center who would help our team long term (barkov in this example) and a servicable ld man (Matheson). I could see the same done with Edmonton for RNH and Larsson? or Colorado for Kadri and Girard(stretch)/Zadarov

No Laf or Kakko, no Barkov. You could make the case Barkov has as high of a trade value as Eichel.

How on Gods green earth does a deal for a 24 year old point per game center, who had 96 points last season, not start with either Laf or Kakko. Please enlighten me

If you're giving up a stud, you need a stud in return. Chytil, Krav, and the package above are not studs. Kakko Chytil Krav and a first or two gets it done, but anything short of that doesn't cut it. Have to remember Barkov is not only on an insane contract but he's their captain, you'll have to overpay.

Well than you don’t get barkov. You want a star player but don’t want to give up anything but spare pieces that the panthers have no use for to get one
