I would rather keep Andersson.

Nylander is a good player, but I just really like Andersson. He’s a stud and people are just now starting to take notice

Personally (and obviously I'm no insider so my word is as good as yours on this), I can't see him taking less than $9m unless he takes a discount to stay where he's been his whole career. Also, if he were to sign anywhere but STL, the max term is 7 years. He can only sign 8 with STL.

Well your first mistake is trading Andersson for qn inferior version of Gaudreau.

That's what it looks like, but in all fairness, Farabee is playing top line minutes with Giroux and Couturier for us right now. OP also has Lucic playing 3rd line center, so the lines might not be fully baked.
