Chicago Accepts

love the name/display photo lol. But why would Chicago accept? Seabrook likely will end his contract on LTIR, and Nielson is also a cap dump. Plus Chicago gives a first? I feel like they're being fleeced

Out of interest why are you loading up on picks for the 2021 draft, by all accounts it is relatively shallow and the 2020 draft is relatively deep.

for next season he won't be on LTIR and he claim he feel the best in years, so there may be a chance so won't be on LTIR before his contracted ends

Jones has a worse contract than Turris and you have San Jose only giving up a couple of 3rd's to offload him but Nashville is to give up a 1st?

Sj pays more or they can keep him, van throws in a 2nd, make all the first unprotected and split them between 2021 and 2022

Lol I through the SJ trade in last minute. Didn’t realize how bad jones stats have been. That one’s worth more.

I don’t see these trades being possible until after the 2020 draft. Giving up picks for salary dumps are a last resort and teams will try to explore other options at the draft before they are willing to make these trades imo.

I think the only trade Detroit should accept would be the Nashville one which the Preds might not do. (The Eriksson one is close but we should be able to squeeze a bit more value out of it)

Jones will rebound with a good Coach and all the rest he’s gotten!!! That being said retain 1.65 and at least a 2nd and a 1st for a 5th would be fair.
