you can probably get a pretty good haul of picks/prospects for taking cap dumps this year, especially multi-year dumps like Boychuk/Eriksson/Beagle

I really doubt you can get Strome for that though, Evgeny Svechnikov isnt worth much at all tbh

The Blues aren't giving up our first to move Steen. We have other options to create cap space, and Steen isn't going to waive to go to a rebuilding Detroit.

Yep for the 9 billionth time Armstrong has flat out said he wants to keep the 1st to help rebuild the minors. So why would he give up a first when he can just buy him out and we have all the money we need for the offseason?
