Seems a tad expensive. I’d rather not get the second and drop the first to a second from our side. Plus Domi will be expensive to resign.

If the Rangers are doing a move like that they are looking for Center or LD. They have obvious strengths and weaknesses. Maybe a move with Chiarot?

I don't think Mtl will have any interest in Strome, far too many players like him. Domi for the 1st round pick, maybe, as they'll probably lose a forward in expansion without dumping someone and they have cheap options coming up like Poehling. Domi for 13th overall would be debatable

The guy that finished 6th in Selke voting and plays the more important position for a guy that can't stay in the lineup. Buchnevich value rivals Galchenyuk from last season. Danault is going to be signed long term

Domi is a Center and he is better at Center than Winger

Danault might not want to stay in MTL long term if he’s gonna be their 3C. Buch+22OA for Danault

Mtl gets a top 6 RW and Domi wants to play center.

I’m curious why you say Buch rivals Galchenyuk, when he has played 65 plus games the last 3 years and has steadily improved since entering the league four years ago. Not saying he’d get Danault one for one, but it’s pretty ridiculous to just ignore his abilities.

No way. Danault is more of a defensive forward and his offensive abilities will diminish within two years. I'd trade Buch for Domi, though.

Basu already reporting they are working on an extension with Danault whom has the same agency as Petry. Not gonna happen. Guy is too valuable

Not ignoring his abilities. Nowhere did I say that but he has the same reputation as galchenyuk. Hated by his coach and inconsistent. He isnt worth Danault

Danault on a line with Panarin is an easy 60 point player plus elite D lmao

*60 is pushing it but easily 55 point player, I’m feeling generous tonight

Really? I like his game. Can be tough, and has skills. Rangers need that toughness up front.

I’d rather offer sheet Cirelli, personally not a Domi fan but I understand why fans would want him

A small forward that has never scored more than 18 goals and is 2 years older than Domi. Its hilariously bad.

Yeah if people dont value Danault, it's their prerogative. The guy plays 20 minutes night and regularly dominates possession. You cant appreciate these guys like Cirelli and Danault til they play on your team. Neither are going anywhere
