Wennberg is worth nothing. Barratt and a 3rd for Anderson is good. Nylander straight up for Korpisalo isn’t enough. Needs one more piece

My thought is that Wennberg has negative value. This assumes CBJ doesn’t want to pay the real dollars to buy Wennberg out themselves.

Less than nothing! CBJ fans, correct me if I’m wrong but getting rid of that contract (despite an ok playoffs) would be good for the team.

Wennberg is a hard cat to figure.
There are frequent flashes. Then there is just mediocrity. He's never played "bad' that's the thing. Just not up to par of that contract.
It's like he's still getting right about himself after injury.
I will say this. Whoever takes that contract is taking a huge risk. His buyout now is nothing. He plays one year and then you got issues with that buyout.
