Columbus certainly takes that, but you'll have to pay Anderson more than $1.9M; his QO alone is $2.1M, and he's already been offered, so he can just take that and walk to UFA next year. Or you can try to sign him long-term; I think the price there starts at $3.75M.

Regardless of trade value, that would be a pretty exciting top 4 with Grz being the oldest at 26 and the rest are 22/23. Lots of room to grow.

I didn’t realize his QO is 2.1 million. I think a 1 year deal with Boston would be good to see how he does and then give him a another contract after this upcoming season. His injury problems are worrisome

Can y’all stop undervaluing Hanifin please? He’s not getting dealt for what would be our 3LW

To be honest, Hanifin isn’t as good as people think he is. DeBrusk isn’t either.

No long-term injury problems, to be clear. He played 82 games in 18-19, and would have been good to go for the next round this year if Columbus had gotten past Tampa somehow. Ironically, it was a hit in the playoff series against the Bruins last year that caused his injury issues. But by all accounts, he's fully healthy now.

John Moore is a healthy scratch in Boston, and a healthy scratch in Ottawa. Ottawa has enough depth and don’t need another teams garbage players, signed to 3 more years.

Hanifin is a solid top 4 defenseman at 23 years old he hasnt reached his prime yet on a good contract for the next 4 years. a middle six forward doesnt get you hanfin especially form the flames who are already loaded on the left side. Also you cant say hanifn is not that good and then make him your top line defenseman

Kase is worth way more than Anderson. There is no reason to move Kase.
