Murray is largely underrated. Yes he has had a lot of injuries and a few rough seasons but he is still a top 4 dman in my mind.

This was my thought exactly. They basically never really had Murray in any consistent way and it was definitely time to part ways. They could have gotten more but it's not a franchise altering trade.
