Not a chance either team is accepting those deals, nor is Perron or Killorn waiving their NTCs for OTT.

Both of those guys are on the wrong side of 30. Doesn't make sense to give up those kind of picks for guys who won't be a part of the team when they're truly ready to compete. This isn't taking advantage of those teams, it's bailing them out.

...as Nate Schmidt is traded for a third rounder. Probably right about the NTC's though.

Blues are chilling on cap space. If anything we might be able to spend like $5 mil even after signing Dunn.

Setting the quality of the trade ideas aside, remind me again why the Blues are so ripe to be taken advantage of?
