No. Miller is a must. The deal doesn't work without NSH receiving a NHL level D that doesn't need protection in the ED. Miller's the only realistic option.

Rangers won’t do it... Miller is close to untouchable. Only thing I can see is a Johansen for Trouba swap. Rest I can’t see happening

No, Miller is not the only option. Miller is considered an untouchable; in such a deal, you might want to consider that flat cap and expansion draft options.

Then it's a no go. NYR is already getting the best and most valuable asset in this exchange in Ekholm. If that and Fabbro isn't enough to garner Miller, the deal falls. Hajek, Robertson or frankly any other D besides Miller and Fox that doesn't need protection in the ED are not going to work for NSH.
