Everyone declines except maybe the Rangers. They are gonna need cap space soon enough and Kulak has a good deal. Don't think DeAngelo is in their long-term plans anyway.

They're not gonna give him away for a 5th defenseman and a late 2nd.... especially considering Laf/Kakko/Fox are all on ELCs until 22/23, the need for cap isn't there yet. Easy Rangers decline.
