Yes because when I look at the Avs roster I think "you know what, this team really lacks PMD's so Letang makes sense"...

The value on these trades is not good. If you retain that much money for such a small return you are killing your own team.

I doubt the Sabres would trade Jokiharju for a year of Malkin but could offer a d prospect

Archibald is physical. mittelstadt and jokiharju are just skilled players that would make this team better and younger. I was more focusing on having 1-2 physical players on each line, like Kapanen, zucker, tanev, and Reese + the addition of Hamilton.
