Former teammate of TZ on US team. Great center and could give the option of Zegras playing on the wing. Smooth hands and very strong on the ice. Very aggressive to hunt for and win the puck. Reminds me a lot Matthew Barzal and I believe could have a 1C upside.

Huge hockey IQ. Big body, lots of strength. High end vision and always looks for a perfect pass. Extremely quick shots and great snap shots. Reminds me of Henrik Zetterberg type of play. Could be a very nice 2C.

if the ducks have a high, top 5 pick, I wouldn't take Eklund. Hughes and beniers would be much better picks imo, I have Eklund between 10-15

My first choice would Beneirs. A Zegras-Beneirs-Comtois line would be amazing.

I'd think Powers, Beniers and Hughes would be gone....and then either Clarke, Lucius or Raty

Are you assuming the Ducks have a specific pick number or just listing guys at the top end that you like?

Assuming Beniers, Kent Johnson and Owen Power are gone by the time we pick, I'd be choosing between RD Brandt Clarke, RW Fabian Lysell and Hughes or LD Simon Edvinsson

If it’s around 5OA, I would have Eklund if he’s still there, then maybe Clarke. I feel like Eklund is going to be a steal though.
