Description

Don't tell me the Sabres couldn't use Carey Price because you'd be lying. Look; The Sabres have been after John Gibson, yes John Gibson for months. Idk about all of you but Price is definitely better than Gibson. Neither team wants to give up prospects or young players so why don't the habs settle on a franchise centre for an all-time great goalie considering they still have Primeau who has insane potential. Sabres also get a top 6 centre plus Armia who isn't that bad and it clears cap space for the habs. Plus Kulak, who the Sabres have inquired on in the past month. To make things fair considering the habs lose arguably the top goalie in the world and their 1st line centre, the Sabres throw in a 1st round pick.
Seems like a good trade to me, what about you?

. These gotta stop. Price isn’t getting traded. He has had two bad months and everyone is done... he’s signed long term without movement and high dollar, meaning he isn’t leaving else it’s to win a cup. Right now no contender is listening.

The habs aren’t just going to dump him for spare parts. Better to hope he plays through it in mtl.
