Sorry I dont understand?

"Prove it. Lehner is the only goalie in the past 10 years to even get a 1st"

Was just waiting for a pat on the back and an "attaboy!".

And has played one full season. Thats it. The trade was a 1st, 2nd, Lavioe who is exactly what the Oilers need (somebody to wing McDavid) and I am not paying that for 30 games, I can pick up a goalie in free agency for nothing.

Quoting: TraeYoung
If you’re not willing to pay for a goaltender than no matter if Lavoie is the second coming of Jesus or not, you are not winning anything with McDavid

So...nothing on the goalie trades then, eh?

The Oilers can make the playoffs with average goaltending, they'll need a better duo to go anywhere in the playoffs. But here's the thing - what has Kuemper ever proven in the playoffs? Nothing, nothing at all. The Oilers are much better off targeting a top UFA this summer than trading A-class assets for a unproven playoff performer.

Breaking:

Darcy Kuemper is expected to miss significant time with a lower-body injury.

Pens decline. Would much rather just cut out the middle man and get Rakell ourselves over a rental like Nuge. I mean they are already getting our 1st and Legare. So we just give them that and MP who is an upgrade over Caleb Jones and we will just take Rakell and you can keep Nuge.
