To be fair... this is Devan in a nutshell. You can expect him to either come crashing back down to earth by his next game or he'll go on a 5 game tear where he looks invincible. After watching him for the last five years, I can say with certainty, that's just who he is.

I don't doubt for a second, that the fact that the Ducks are the worst offensive team in the league played a part. But don't let that be used as a way to discredit the way Doobs played last night. Because when the man is on his game and he's feeling it? He has that ability to shutdown opposing teams with the best of them.

That said, it still says something when your the worst goaltender in the league last year, and yet you were playing behind one of the best shutdown and defensive teams in the league for the last five years. 🤷‍♂️

He stopped a few goals - and likely woulda been a different game with a different goalie in the sharks net.
