Some good stuff here - the RNH extension looks good, I like the idea of bringing in Holloway, the Barrie contract seems fair, and the Bako bottom line is intriguing. Too much for Hymen, the Koskinin deal is a non starter (would at least have to retain salary) and Yamo gets more than 2.25 x 3.

The Yamo contract is what Rashaug and Gregor kind of think what he will sign for. So that is where that number came from. Who knows though.

Coleman is better skill wise, defensively.

1. Barrie is a defensive black hole
2. Barrie has been carried by stars for his whole career
3. We shouldn't trade our best dman (Ethan Bear) for someone worse
4. Letting Caleb Jones go to expansion is stupid since he's probably our 2nd best dman.

I agree that Barrie is awful defensively and we shouldn't resign him. Also agree that Bear is getting a whole lot of hate for no reason. He's an amazing puck mover, plays great defence and also has some offensive upside

But I can clearly see that your basing views solely on CF% and FF%. IMO there's a lot more to it. I look at that stat purely as a measuring stick for puck moving and transitional ability. Bear is great at stopping plays before they develop and moving the puck up ice. Similar with Jones, although using the elusive eye test, I don't see the same level of vision that Bear has. I think we should keep Lagesson over Jones, and Bear over Barrie
