Probably not enough to get Hall.
Made the trade because of tweets I am seeing saying that asking price for Hall is not going to be high/ with supposed less quarantine time, Oilers could be more active.

Only question is... Does K Russell give up # 4 for Hall?!

Edmonton doesnt have the horses to make a deep playoff run especially on defence. The Hall trade would be more wasted assets if they are going to make the team better it will be in the offseason.

I think you’d have to add to get Buffalo to take Neal as well
Especially since they wouldn’t want him taking up the little Cap Room they’d have (unless they trade Eichel)

Gotta disagree here. Edmonton can beat anyone in the North imo, just a matter of goaltending getting hot at the right time.

This would be the best top 6 in the league, hands down. Barrie and nurse’s offesnive outputs help offset their d-zone deficiencies. Imo they should go all in. It’ll likely be Winnipeg in the first round, the either mtl or Toronto. All of those are winnable series for them
