I'd be ok with a 4th for Cousins, but the rest of those returns are a little low.

How does TOR fit in Arvidsson without sending salary back anyway?

We aren't going to subtract from our top 4 to get a top 4 replacement.

I wouldn't really consider this a rebuild -- more of a retool.

Regardless, I'd rather have Granlund over Gusev and keep Ekholm + Arvidsson if those are the returns. I'd prefer to go a different direction than this.

Doesn’t have to be top 4, and Ekholm is top pair, pick a good D prospect then

That seems like a lot for Ekholm to me, it’s the asking price tho

They need proven scoring forward prospects.

I can't imagine Meyers (whom I like) would be a target for NSH if they trade Ekholm over Ellis (with Ellis and Fabbro locked in on the right side). They'd be looking at Frost/Patrick probably. Although, I doubt PHI is looking at a deal like this anymore. They'll probably opt for a cheaper defensive option.
