While it's not an overwhelming return for Palmieri it certainly seems fair, I would accept as NJ. That said if there is any kind of bidding war that develops around him I think the price would be a bit higher. The conditional 2021 pick might have to be changed to 2022.

Pretty sure that conditions can no longer be attached to traded picks re: a player resigning with the team that traded for them as per the new CBA

Devils accept if you take away the resigning condition because it's no longer allowed per the current CBA.

Hawks decline as long as they're still competing for a playoff spot.

Kings decline because they just extended Matt Roy very recently and obviously want him to stick around.
