They need to trade risto from their core.
But eichel Reinhart and olofsson should all stay.

I can’t wrap my head around any situation oilers would move bear for risto. Only logical reason to consider moving bear is to open a spot for Bouchard and resign both Barrie and larsson. Risto doesn’t fit in anyway

    Pretty nifty AGM mostly here

VGK definitely appreciate unloading contracts ✔

I think SJ know deep down beneath their stubbornly obtuse exterior that they're rebuilding so I think they decline that situation ultimately but maybe like...

Olofsson to Florida to play beside Hub/Sasha etc.

    Heponiemi maybe a key return

Yikes from us. Bear can actually play defense and is much younger. We don’t need more offensive power play defensemen with Klefbom and Barrie.

The difference between Labanc and Olofsson is not that much. I agree that Olofsson has a higher ceiling but they are both 25 and Labanc has had better seasons in his career. And a condition of 40 points to move a 2nd to a 1st is so low, if he does not get 40 points and is not injured for a large portion of the season the trade would be a bust.

Maybe drop the 2nd and one of the 3rds and put the condition to move the 3rd to a 2nd.

They would only trade Bear if they wanted to keep barrie and bring in a good 2LD. There is no way they trade for a RD and especially one who has that many minuses. Tippett would bench Risto.

Horrible trade for the Isles. They save more money by just sending Hickey to the AHL, and he will be in the last year of his contract.

The last thing the Isles need is another 4th line player.

Not giving up draft picks to save only $300K and pick up an extra year.
