All the criticism of Dermot before the Bogosian injury and Dermot has played well playing the right side. Gee, the Leafs are going with only one right shooting Dman, and the sky isn't falling as many have suggested over the years.

Before the Vegas draft, some Leaf fans were so worried about losing one of Leivo or Leipsic. Hard to fathom that knowledgable fans don't realize their team is going to lose an NHL player in the expansion draft....especially the good teams.

Like I’m prepared to lose a really solid guy in the ED. I think most people forget that it doesn’t work for every single team to make a trade to protect their guys. Also a 4c guy shouldn’t be really a concern as that’s a very replaceable player.
