Count Edmonton out for more reasons than just cap space.

Ottawa has played for .660 in the second half of the season and with Eichel would seriously be a contending team next year...
Unfortunatelly they dont have assets assets to go after Eichel and still be as powerful

On the contrary, Ottawa has exactly the assets and cap space to acquire Eichel. They just shouldn't part with any of them and stay the course.

Not sure where you get .660 at any point, but you're right that they have improved and look promising going forward

I don’t think Hawks, Devils and sens should be not an option because they are rebuilding. That is actually a case for them to go after Eichel. It’s just the question of would acquiring Eichel align with their plans to be competitive again. Eichel has many great years ahead of him, it’s not like he’s a rental. If you plan to be competitive in 2-3 years, you should be considering him. All three teams have the cap space but what is the cost to get him. What pieces are you willing to part ways with? Could make sense for the hawks to give Kane another real run but I doubt they go for it with Toews coming back and Borgstrom coming over next season.

I made my offer from Devils. Hischier, prospect, pick.
Think Senators make a lot of sense and they have the assets to do it.

I think that Colorado is able to offer the best package of current players of any team: Nazem Kadri (the best center replacement anyone is likely willing to offer) plus some mix of J. T. Compher, Tyson Jost, Ryan Graves, Alex Newhook and firsts.

Latest Devils offer was Hischier, Mercer, Boqvist and a 1st.
I'd say Hischier > Kadri

But still a good package from Colorado. Not sure they need him though.

Need isn't the issue; it's because he's an upgrade on Kadri (to put it mildly).
