Eichel is better than Kuzy But if Kuzy is playing like he did in the playoffs idk id say its a coin flip as to who is better. So people dont try to kill me Eichel is better than Kuzy. lol no doubt about that but if Kuzy can ever figure out how to be consistent he will be a monster. idk im in the unpopular opinion that Eichel isnt Mcmicheal 1st + Sammy better but this would be an asking price imo

As a Buffalo fan we could, and might, do a lot worse than this package...
I'm hoping for a Couturier based package from Philly personally but I think that's a long shot.

If it was 23 year old Kuzy it would be debatable, but he's gonna be 29.

its possible but he has no term and i assume they would want a player with term.

Mcmichael and Cozen looked great together at world juniors. they would be a great 1-2 punch for the future

Not a bad offer at all.
If I am Sabres GM, I say add Alexeyev instead of Samsonov.

Couturier can sign an extension after July 27th this year. So the trade would have an extension in place. Not like the Sabres would be strapped for cash to give him an 8mx8 extension.
McMichael is a solid prospect though that's for sure.

We have no goaltending and UPL being on the shelf with his hips again it's scary... I'd rather have Samsonov to be honest.

I don't think he is the prospect he once was. Maybe he pulls it all together.
But I think Sabres are in good shape with UPL and Portillo.

i wouldnt trade Alexeyev. he looks really solid. Maybe Nardella or something a little less valuable since they are already trading Mcmichael

if he would sign then i would agree or they could wait for him to be a UFA and offer him a massive deal

If UPL can stay healthy I agree. But he's already had double hip surgery and now has another hip injury...
