2. Ottawa doesn't trade Tkachuk. He's the next captain
3. No chance Brady signs that deal

Ottawa isn’t trading Brady full stop, he’s the next captain. Calgary isn’t trading Matthew for that, maybe if you took out Monahan and the 1st Calgary would consider from a value perspective, and then still decline because he’s also the future captain.

What do you think Brady will bridge for? 7mil 4years or you think its pretty set he's full 8 year at 9.5ish?

I think they get him done on a 7-8 mil deal, but it shouldn't come close to 9.5mil. He's a special player, and he's definitely way more valuable than his current production would suggest, but production is a huge part of contract negotiations and he's been on pace for 25 goals, 50+ points each of his first 3 years. I think they'll overpay to get him done long term so they can put the C on him, but even over paying him he shouldn't be getting a hair over 8mil.
