Yes, but you can also talk to Tatar/Danault pre-draft about contracts. If they want to stay they will. I doubt Seattle with pick them either

Yes, but it'll only be SEA that talking to them then. If Danault hits UFA he could get a better offer from somewhere else. I wouldn't worry if I lost Tatar to someone else as a UFA, there are lots of wings. Top-6 centers like Danault are much harder to find.
