I think so. Even though he is a little overpaid, he is an amazing leader is the physicality we need if Tkachuk is traded(mainly in an Eichel deal). Lucic is also an amazing leader and can score if we need him to(most times)

Imagine thinking Gardiner is a bad contract, let alone worth a first

He's better than people give him credit for. Played in every game. Scored at the same rate as Dube. Adds toughness to a smallish team...

about what it would take for me to take that Bob contract...yikes, a late round 1st for 50 million over 5 years.

laugh laugh Zero chance of Bobrovsky and Trouba waiving their NMC to be taken by Seattle. That's $18,000,000 for 2 players no freaking way Ron francis does this. Francis will want to build around a young core Bobrovsky is already over the age of 30 and doesn't fit Seattles timeline to compete. Rinne is retiring a Pred. FYI you're 28,000,000 over the cap and that team is a bottom 5 team sorry but that team is pretty abysmal.

This is pstlu made for fun; what if every team that has a bad contract offered their 1st, what would seattle end up with. Would the team be able to compete. I know most of those agreements is a no go for most of their right now teams.
