Description

This is just for fun. I'm not totally sold on Eichel. I think the only way the Jackets take a run at Eichel is if Jones is going to stay long term. That is the only way that I could see a deal happen. I think that Werenski, Korpisalo, CBJ 1st should be enough. That's a defenseman that led the league in goals for defensemen last season, a recent All-Star goalie and a top five pick. Bemstrom and the '22 second are overly generous for Ristolainen.

Wanted to bring Connor Murphy back to his hockey roots with this move. He's a solid right D and a great addition to the top 4 D.

Sean Kuraly is also coming home too. Broke his hockey teeth here, now time to follow Roslovic and Murphy.

Marchessault was not utilized as needed when he was in Columbus the first time, and Vegas is in cap hell, so though the return is a first, it is a good deal for both teams.

The only move that I don't like and would likely not happen is to move Boone Jenner. For purposes of this exercise, he needed to be moved for cap space to make other moves. He could go on to be Seattle's first captain; he's that good of a leader.

No thx, Werenski will run into arbitration and goodbye in a year. Korpisalo and Bemstrom are unlikely to be of huge value.

Hawks deal is close but we would probably want a bit more. Tampa 1st is good but theres no interest in kukan. We would want a B prospect or another pick back our way

There's noway Werenski is signing long term with Buffalo, And Korpisalo and Bemstrom don't have that much value. Buffalo passes.

I would argue the deals a fair way off. Murph is of considerable value, Philly would give us their first this year for him which is top 15. I hope we don't trade Murph but if we did then it would have to hold good value for us by way of a better 1st than TBL and as Wadejos says here a decent prospect or pick.
