I'm not gonna say it's far or close to value because to me it's not the point, here's the point : Florida wants to win and Barkov is a central piece of their core. They are not trading him UNLESS what comes back is a potentially better center piece. For example, a guy like Eichel they might consider. (Yes I think Barkov is on that level).

KK and Drouin aren't it.

I think if Florida can't resign them this offseason they ship em out and theyd say yes to this... A lot for Habs to give tho

Seattle spends 9 mil on 3 easily replaced players and a late 2nd for early 3rd and 4 th rd picks??? Much easier to just take Allen to be their backup...

While I would be happy if the Habs got Hamilton for under 8 million.....I really do not see him signing for less then 8.5 million with anyone.

What...? We would say yes to a cap dump, a disappointing young player, and a couple of scrap picks? I don't think you understand how good Barkov is...
