This is a worse team. Its not time to move any of the core 4 yet. If anything you move Rielly. Considering you and I have vastly different ideas of what to do without Hyman I would like to hear your criticism on my take of the situation:

How is this a worse team first of all? Ur defense would arguably be the best in the league with Hamilton. Driedger> Freddy. Ur third line is finally a legit shut down line. And the only part that gets worse is marner and Hyman turn into londholm and Hoffman but I’d take that anyway to turn holl into Hamilton. I don’t like your team that much, sandin won’t be ready for top 4, so ur defense gets worse from this year, up front Coleman and Hyman r similar so that’s not an upgrade, and ur third and fourth line r a little worse in my opinion.

Ya it was an exaggeration to say “now that Hyman isn’t coming back” but it still is a legit possibility.

Do you think we want another "no show" player?

Lindholm actually has more value than Tkachuk if you take the extremely team friendly contract and that hes a center into account, this is an extremely easy no from us.

Honestly I see Dubas giving Hyman an 8 year deal on less of a cap hit than 5 and 4.5

and within that lower cap hit comes big signing bonuses

Not with that cap hit increase. We wouldn't even trade Tkachuk for Marner either
